- Coaches Meeting:

- Check-in
should be completed prior to the Coach's meeting. Coaches
are REQUIRED to have Medical Release forms for each player,
a current SignUpToPlay roster with USAV #s present and a picture
ID at check-in.
- Format - Divisions
1-4 - Divisions of 8 teams play two pools of 4. The top two finishers
go into
the 4 team Championship bracket - play for 1st & 2nd and
3rd & 4th. The bottom two finishers in pool go into the 4
team Consolation bracket - play for 5th & 6th place and 7th & 8th
places.
- Format - Division
5 format is 3 team pools reseeded into 3 team pools then into
single elim brackets.
- All Divisions - The
top three teams will move up and the bottom three teams will
move down for the next tournament.
- PLEASE!!!
Let the Arizona Region Office know if you will not be at the
tournament PRIOR to Saturday. There is a $100 fine for teams
that "no-show". The point is that it creates a big
problem if there is a team that does not show.
- Coaches -
please have your teams on site and ready to play at the start
time even if they are to referee first round. A "no
show" at start time will change the division format immediately. Everyone
needs to be ready to play.
- Coaches you
must be available during ref assignments to help with scorekeeping
and officiating. You are also responsible for your parent's
behavior and "team camp" area clean up.
- ( ) around
a team name indicates that we know that team is not playing in
this tournament.
